Matt grew up in the southwest Missouri/southeast Kansas area. His passion for hunting began at a young age, when he started duck hunting with his father. By age 12, passion became obsession as he added turkey and then deer to the list. Currently Matt lives in southeast Kansas and enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle, from hunting giant whitetails in the fall to fishing in the summer months. Hunting is a lifestyle, and even in the off-season Matt is always working on improving habitat from creating mineral spots to planting food plots to attract wildlife.
